Return procedures

1. Call us in our telephone no or email us in [email protected] and we will send you a pdf file which you can print and take it to nearest aramix office or post office and submit your products with the printed form and we will take care it.

Return conditions

1. Any products can be returned in 14 days from the day the product has been received.
2. The items you want to return should be in unused condition. They should not be altered in anyway, washed, damaged or worn.
3. The package in which you received the product should be in undamaged condition.
4. The items that you want to return value will be in anaqha credit which you can use it later to buy other products.
5. The following items cannot be returned. Lingerie and Underwear.
6. Items that are broken can be returned and money will be refunded to your account from which it has been bought. You also have the credit the money to anaqha credit from which you can buy different products.
