Do you have a loyalty system?

Yes we do have a loyalty program where each OMR 300 spend on the site will rewarded with a 10% coupon.  You will be able to see your points accumulate on your account. To join up if you’re not already a VIP, simply create an account on our website and log in. When you reach a reward, a coupon will be emailed to you with a running points balance. To check your rewards online, tap on points collected link in your account. Treat yourself and we will treat you!

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept any of the following payment methods: Debit or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). We exceed all security standards when it comes to the data you provide us with. All personal information is always secure and safe. We also don’t store any banking information supplied during purchase. To process an order, data is encrypted and sent safely to our payment gateway (Thawani Group). This gateway meets the highest security standards and is responsible for completing the transaction with your bank.

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

It is not necessary to create an account to shop with us at Anaqha, however, there are a few benefits you will receive if you do, you can see the points accumulated in your account and use it for our loyalty program.  Save your address to make future shopping trips even easier and manage your account details with ease and confidence.

I am buying a gift, do you gift wrap?

We like to think our gift wrapping is pretty cute. We also love doing it! Let us know if you require wrapping and we can earn you extra brownie points at with only cost of 500 paisa.

What shipping options do you offer?

Anaqha ships in collaboration with Oman post office and Aramix Company. We charge a flat rate of OMR 1.5  for any purchase to be couriered overnight (or 3-7days depending) nationwide. All purchases over OMR 30  makes it eligible for free courier. Our concerned person will call you once the delivery reach your place.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please call our office within an hour of placing your order to make any needed adjustments or cancellations, but once the order processing starts it will be impossible for us to cancel the order.

When will my order ship?

Our processing team is usually able to process orders for shipment in 3-5 days. During busier sales or seasons, we ask that you allow for 5-7 days of processing.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the Oman, but are in the process of getting international shipping options!

How do I receive an order confirmation or a tracking number?

After you place your order, the order number will be displayed on the webpage and the same number will be send to you via an sms message and email. With this order number you can track your order by calling us or emailing us on [email protected]. If you did not receive and order number within 24 hours of your purchase, please contact us through our phone number or email [email protected]

How can I find the status of my return?

Once you decide to return a product you have to call in our phone number and confirm about the return. A memo will be generated at that time and send to you as pdf to your email. The above form should be printed and taken with the product to the nearby Aramix office or Post Office and submitted. Once we receive your returned product you will receive an email letting you know it’s status.

Once an order has been finalised and placed, it is not possible to add any items to this particular order.
